This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Vintage Market Wire and the Vintage Market Wire Cloud application, including its use of the Pinterest API.

Pinterest Account Access

Vintage Market Wire Cloud is a private, single-user publishing and account management tool used only to operate the Vintage Market Wire Pinterest Business account. It is not offered as a service to third-party users and does not provide Pinterest account access to other users.

The application may access Pinterest account information, boards, Pins and related metadata where necessary to create, publish, manage, monitor or remove Pins on behalf of the account owner.

Authentication Information

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens may be processed and securely stored for the purpose of maintaining authorized access to the Vintage Market Wire Pinterest account.

These authentication credentials are used only to operate the authorized Pinterest integration and are not publicly disclosed, sold or provided to unrelated third parties.

How Information Is Used

Information obtained through Pinterest may be used only as necessary to operate Vintage Market Wire, including:

Creating and publishing Pins
Reading and managing boards and Pins
Checking publication status
Removing Pins when corresponding listings are no longer available
Maintaining operational, security and audit records
Monitoring the performance and reliability of the publishing system

Data Sharing

Vintage Market Wire does not sell personal information obtained through Pinterest.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, database or automation providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure and maintain Vintage Market Wire Cloud. Such providers are not authorized to use Pinterest-derived information for their own independent purposes.

Data Retention

Operational data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and audit the Vintage Market Wire publishing system.

Authentication credentials may be refreshed, replaced, revoked or deleted when they are no longer required or when Pinterest authorization is withdrawn.

Third-Party Services

Vintage Market Wire may link to third-party services, including Pinterest and eBay. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms, privacy policies and other applicable policies.

Affiliate Links

Vintage Market Wire may publish affiliate links to third-party marketplaces, including eBay. If a user makes a qualifying purchase through an affiliate link, Vintage Market Wire may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user.
